- Autumn (September to November): This is regarded as the high season of trekking. The sky is very clear, and provides great mountain views. The climate is constant, and the weather is warm during the day and cool at night. The scenery are colorful and the atmosphere is fresh.
- Spring (March to May): Yet another good trekking time. It is warm and pleasant and the rhododendron forests are in their prime, and the hillsides are all covered with a riot of colors. It is an excellent season among photographers and nature lovers.
- Winter (December to February): Colder, but with clear views, winter is a better time to see the view, although more likely to have frost. Days are not very bad, and they are often sunny and pleasant, but mornings and evenings are sometimes very cold. On the higher points there may be some snow.
