Introduction

Namaste Nepal Trekking & Research Hub has set its Terms & Conditions to secure and protect the mutual rights and benefits of the services provider and the customer (You). The customer’s booking, purchase/usage of any or all services requires that the customer reads, understands, and is fully and legally bound by the Terms & Conditions. In any case where the customer acts on behalf of another party/parties, the same also applies, and the customer shall ensure and guarantee that the other parties accept and comply with all the items contained in the Terms & Conditions. additional terms and conditions may apply, or some variations are prohibited and/or different from the Terms & Conditions of other Company services. If there is any conflict between the general and any additional terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions shall apply. The customer is therefore recommended to carefully read the Terms & Conditions before booking, purchasing, and/or using any or all the Company services.

Risk and Liabilities

Namaste Nepal Trekking & Research Hub makes positive efforts to provide safe travel services and give customers peace of mind throughout their travel. However, the customer shall recognize that there are various risks involved that cannot be eliminated during travel, and we assume no liability for the damages caused by those risks except in the event of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the company. Please enroll in a travel insurance program or make adequate arrangements to cover the risks liable to arise during your travel. The company assumes no liability for any damages caused by natural disasters, wars, industrial actions, terrorist activities, etc., or government orders even if such matters occur during the trip, and it is the customer’s responsibility to respond to these problems. Additionally, Namaste Nepal has set independent terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of the trip or changes to the itinerary to ensure the safety of the customer and/or employees. The customer will bear any expenses incurred due to independent decisions by the customer or changes in the itinerary, transport accommodation, etc.

Booking Agreement

The booking terms, together with our privacy policy, general information, and your invoice, form the entire agreement between you and Namaste Nepal Trekking & Research Hub. These booking conditions are consistent with our obligations regarding Nepal government laws. We urge you to examine these terms completely. By paying for your booking, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these phrases. If you make a booking on behalf of different participants as well, you guarantee that you are the lead contact individual. A group leader must be assigned by a minimum of eight or more travelers within a single reservation, and that person must read and affirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. All these reservations may require additional documentation for each traveler, such as but not limited to passport and visa information, and the Tourist Registration (RIT) Form. Additional documents must be submitted for each traveler and are fitted with personal information. Various documents will be included in each email confirmation sent to the group leader, and each traveler of the group must agree to all documents. Documentation must be received before the final payment or sold out and await instructions. Your receipt of documentation is considered properly accepted, and it is entirely your responsibility to confirm that you have read all documentation. This agreement takes effect on the date on which we confirm your booking to you.

Please make sure you have already read all the relevant trip details including Itinerary, facts, Includes, Excludes, Complementary services, and company policy. It is very important that you choose the right trip for you, which is suitable to your capability. We are more than happy to know your preference and or the style of traveling. Our Booking and payment process is easy and simple. All the prices on our website are in US Dollars. You can convert it into any other currency suits you.

Payment Terms

To secure your booking at Namaste Nepal Trekking & Research Hub, The following Payment steps are required:

  • 1st Step: Advance to confirm your booking.
    You need to pay 20% of the package price as Advance payment to confirm your booking. We accept online payment as well or you can send via international bank transfer. Please note that you are responsible for all bank transfer charges. If there is any trouble with this contact us immediately we will try to be flexible and find a better alternative for you.
    When you are ready to go ahead with your booking you can simply click to book the trip and follow the simple steps or we will send you our company bank details and the payment information via email. Once we receive the advance payment, we will send you a booking confirmation with complete package details and other useful information about your tour/trek.
  • 2nd Step: Paying the Balance.
    The rest of the package price you can pay once you arrive in Kathmandu while we will be having the pre-trip meeting, we recommend you to pay in local currency (you can withdraw cash from an ATM for $5 per transaction) or you can pay with a major international currency like EURO, AUD, POUND, IC, YAN, CAD, Ect.
    We also accept major cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express, and SCT. However, you will be charged a 4% extra fee to cover the local bank commission. We also are very happy to get all the package prices when you send advance payments.

Flight put off/cancellation:

at Namaste Nepal Trekking & Research Hub, we are not accountable for any delays or cancellations of flights that may affect your tour plans. In such instances, we can help you in making opportunity arrangements, however, any extra prices incurred can be your obligation.

Unfortunate circumstance

Most of the time, holidays run smoothly. Travel is fun! However, when unfortunate circumstances happen, it can affect your holiday experience. Imagine if your travel is delayed, your flight is canceled, you missed a flight, or the hotel you booked suddenly becomes full. The holiday experience that was hoped to be pleasant would completely turn the opposite. Therefore, at any point in time when you start planning your trip with us, we will always illustrate this part of the agreement so that you understand the risks and preparations that have to be made on your end. Just in case any unfortunate circumstance takes place, preventive measures can be executed.

While we always strive to be helpful, when unfortunate circumstances arise, it can be slow to proceed with inquiries. Please do remember that other matters might happen to be part of the holiday management – for example, other guests are in trouble, and it takes time for us to assist them. We strive to be flexible with cancellations, but there are industry rules that must be followed in many instances. These rules are set down and applied by airlines, airports, car hire companies, hotels, and other industry players. Therefore, despite our goodwill and willingness to help, sometimes it’s tough for us to mitigate these rules.

Guest Responsibilities

You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit for travel and not subject to any level of disability or reduced mobility that may restrict or impede any other guest from making full use of the facilities and services available on the cruise. You will provide us with any details we ask for to enable us to assess your fitness for travel and any special assistance or equipment that may be required by you or any person traveling with you. We reserve the right to request medical certificates and reports from you, and the certificate must be produced to us within 14 days of our request. If you or any character traveling with you is frequent for the tour, you shall be knowledgeable of our conditions for the carriage of disabled humans, reduced mobility visitors, and humans with clinical situations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advocate that you take out appropriate tour coverage to cover your journey arrangements. Such coverage should cover the fee of cancellation by way of you, personal twist of fate claims, misplaced private property, medical charges, repatriation, and prices incurred for motel lodging if the ride has to be prolonged. It is likewise a condition of booking that clients need to adopt adequate tour coverage throughout their journey. You are responsible for making any unique or improved insurance important because of a scientific circumstance or handicaps that you have.
