Introduction

Welcome to Namaste Nepal trekking team booking and payment policy. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and secure booking experience. This policy bounded the reservation process, terms of payments, cancellation policy, and other essential information for booking your adventure with us.

Reservation Process:

To reserve your trip, simply choose your wish for the trip and complete our online booking form. Once we accept your booking request, we will confirm accessibility and provide further instructions to secure your reservation.

Payment Terms:

A deposit is necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins. The closing stability should be paid before the trip begins. Payment can be made through a financial institution switch, credit score card, or different approved techniques.

Cancellation Policy:

We respect that plans can be exchanged. Our lifetime deposit policy authorizes you to cancel your booking and utilize the deposit for any future trip with us. If you want to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible. Specific cancellation fees may additionally follow based on the timing of your cancellation relative to your trip’s beginning date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide you with a complete refund. No refund can be made with your 20 % improvement payment. If you already paid the overall amount of the package, you will be charged 20% of the bundle price as a cancellation rate.

Refund Policy:

We know unexpected things happen at unexpected times. If some unfortunate happens and you need to change your plans you can simply write us an email or message us. If you give us enough time we will try our best to assist your unfortunate. We are very flexible to postpone your trip and apply for your advance payment anytime in the future.

If you need to cancel your trip completely, we, unfortunately, are unable to give you a full refund. No refund will be made for your 20 % advance payment. If you already paid the full amount of the package you will be charged 20% of the package price as a cancellation charge.

Leave/Cancel the Trek/Tour early:

If you need to leave your trek/tour in the middle of the trail we will make maximum effort to make sure your safe return to Kathmandu. And we will assist with your travel arrangements for your home.

We are unfortunately unable to refund any for those who drop their Trek/Tour in the middle regardless of whatever remains unused in the itinerary. But if you are forced to leave your trek/tour due to unfortunate circumstances we will refund after deduction of the minimum cost involved.

Booking Change:

We provide loose date changes and the option to defer your experience if your plans trade. Simply contact us to discuss and arrange the adjustments.

Last-minute Booking:

For remaining-minute bookings made inside a brief time body earlier than the journey departure, please contact us without delay. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure all arrangements are made in place.

Single Supplementary fees:

If you’re traveling on your own and would like a single room or a private Porter a supplementary price can also follow. This rate covers the additional fee of single occupancy accommodation. Please contact us to have a clear understanding of how much you need to pay extra for a Single supplement.

No-display Coverage:

If you fail to show up on your trip without previous notice, your booking can be taken into consideration as a no-display. No refunds may be issued in such cases, and the lifetime deposit coverage will not apply.

Flight Postponements and Cancellations:

In case of flight delays or cancellations that affect your journey, we will help you in making opportunity arrangements. However, any extra fees charged because of such delays or cancellations will be your responsibility.

Unfortunate situations:

If unintended situations, together with herbal disasters or political unrest, force us to cancel or adjust your journey, we can provide options to reschedule or provide money back, apart from non-refundable costs.

Guest Duty:

As a visitor, you’re chargeable for ensuring that you have the vital travel documents, coverage, and fitness degree required for your selected trek. Please adhere to the suggestions provided by our team for a safe and enjoyable experience. Namaste Nepal Trekking & Research Hub holds all the authority to decline, accept, detain, or retain any members of the trip if we find anyone suspicious or indisciplined. The Group Leader or the guide who represents Namaste Nepal Trekking & Research Hub deserves all the Authority during your tours/treks. You must accept our leadership for the whole trip.

Document and Papers.

You must present the entire document like Passport photocopy, insurance copy, Passport size photo, etc which are required for your trip. We need them for necessary permits, issuing visas, issuing flight tickets, hotel bookings, etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not being completed in time before the trip departs in the absence of essential papers and documents.
